We are looking for an experienced Engineering Team Leader to join our team. In this position, you’ll be a crucial part in company-wide software R&D aspects, spanning from full responsibility of the entire Algorithmic Software infrastructure to the production software stacks, high scale/performance and architecture.

In this position, you’ll be a crucial part in company-wide software R&D aspects, spanning from full responsibility of the entire Algorithmic Software infrastructure to the production software stacks, high scale/performance and architecture.

B.Sc. in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
6+ years of proven hands-on experience in OOP/OOD (at least 3 years in Python and\or Java)
3+ years in team leading positions
Outstanding software engineering skills with passion for fast development of high-quality software
Excellent people skills and a great team-player
Proven mentoring skills
Proficiency in git-scm (Source Control Management) - must
Hands on experience with modern C++ (11 or later) - huge advantage
Working knowledge with Networking, Linux, Relational/Non-Relational Databases – huge advantage
Experience in web technologies (e.g. Django, Flask, Spring, JavaScript, Angular, RESTful etc.) - advantage
Experience developing/maintaining soft real-time multithreaded systems – advantage
All candidates need to pass a security classification eligibility.
