The Client Success Manager will serve as the primary business contact for our clients and be responsible for their satisfaction and growth.
Join us to work with global clients in many international markets!
• Build customer relationships, and act as the primary point of contact during the post-sales cycle.
• Manage and optimize clients’ campaigns and UA budgets.
• Guarantee successful delivery of our services per customers’ needs and objectives.
• Collaborate with our Sales & clients teams to understand client KPI to ensure the success of the client campaigns.
• Constantly pursue new business and account growth opportunities.
• Influence the company’s strategy: product, service and other go-to-market aspects.
דרישות התפקיד:
• 4+ years of Client Management experience in Hi-Tech Industry.
• Service-oriented.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• professional English - Speaking and writing - Must.
Advantage:
• Experience working with B2B international clients at large scale.
• B.A. in Business Management/Communications/economy or any other related field.
