תיאור התפקיד:
Supporting our business customers' success processes, from onboarding throughout the entire customer journey, while creating continuous value and maximizing business benefits from the platform. The technical arm of Customer Success Managers.
Customer Accompaniment and Success
· Managing periodic reviews and status updates for customers
· Collaborating and supporting CSM tasks
· Assisting Support and Professional Services teams as needed
· Providing efficient and service-oriented responses to occasional implementation issues
· Assisting in writing professional content for customer enrichment
Retention and Growth
· Building customer retention strategies and preventing churn
· Contract renewal targets and satisfaction targets
· Increasing platform usage across different platforms
· Identifying opportunities to expand customer activity in licensing and implementation
דרישות התפקיד:
· 3+years of experience in Customer Success/Account Management roles.
· Knowledge familiarity of Qlik Sense and/or Talend platform - mandatory.
· Ability to build and maintain complex models in Qlik Sense and/or Talend platform - mandatory.
· Diagnosing and handling difficulties or issues in Qlik Sense and/or Talend platform - mandatory.
· Relevant bachelor’s degree - significant advantage.
· Project management and process leadership abilities.
· High-level communication and sales skills.
· High level of English proficiency.
· Multi-tasking and parallel task management abilities.
· Business understanding and systemic vision.
